The system we built integrates with the client's existing accounting data and automatically scans for overdue invoices every morning. It sends personalized reminder emails based on customer profile and number of days overdue, and tracks collection status in a central dashboard. In the first month after go-live, collection time dropped by 40%.

What We Built

Automated Scanning

The accounting database is scanned every morning for overdue invoices. Not a single record slips through.

Personalized Notifications

"1st reminder," "2nd reminder," and "final notice" templates with customer-specific messaging. Name and amount are auto-filled — no manual drafting.

Central Tracking Dashboard

All open invoices, reminder counts, and collection dates on one screen. No extra work needed to pull a status report.

Escalation Rules

Invoices past a defined threshold are automatically escalated to management. Critical receivables stay visible.
